Account Manager –Wholesale Voice Solution

Job Purpose
The Account Manager is responsible for Voice Wholesale trading activities with accounts globally, for maintaining and managing the relationships with existing partners, and for further developing new opportunities with a goal to grow direct margin of this segment.

Main Tasks

  • Attracts new customers and market opportunities.
  • Responsible for developing the assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Responsible for developing, driving and managing sales activities to grow revenues and direct margin that support and exceed forecasts.
  • Acquires new partners and customers with focus on contributing to the direct margin and revenue.
  • Coordinate the operational end-to-end implementation of the contracts from signature to full service deployment.
  • Handles day-to-day sales & buying activities of international wholesale voice solutions with strong focus on sales regarding specific destinations to achieve targets and increase the market share.
  • Delivers per minute cost savings for the international voice traffic to pre-defined KPIs, delivering to pre-agreed levels of voice quality.
  • Builds business cases for new opportunities and delivers sales presentations.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with assigned customers and interacting at all levels within the customer’s organization to support, renew and further penetrate existing accounts.
  • Analyzes traffic flow on daily basis, and checks immediately with clients the reason for significant volume decrease/stopping transmission to specific network and work on regaining the traffic.
  • Is accountable for all financial (billing, collection, dispute resolution, rate management), technical (dimensioning and configuration of the physical interconnection), legal (contracts) and administrative issues towards the assigned customers.
  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with customers in order to ensure their high level of satisfaction and increase revenues and profits.
  • Creates and maintains customer relations by handling e-mails and phone calls in a friendly and efficient way.
  • Participates in the development of strategic customer planning sessions and reviews to ensure organizational alignment with customer needs and desires.
  • Develops market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Attends industry events to network with relevant stakeholders, gain industry insight and represent the Business Unit in the marketplace.
  • Proposes new ideas for further service, product, and internal processes development opportunities based on market and customer feedback.
  • Personality & Key Competencies:

  • Holder of a University degree preferably in business, marketing and/or telecom engineering
  • Energetic, proactive team player, target driven, initiative-taker and is highly motivated
  • At least 3 years of experience in the international voice wholesale market, and proven sales, negotiation & communication skills
  • Should be seasoned, experienced and professional with a complete knowledge of the regional enterprises and OTT market

VP Messaging for Sales and Business development - Experience in Telecom Field

Main Duties

  • Attracts new customers and market opportunities.
  • Performs market research and analysis.
  • Promotes/sells the portfolio of services to increase the market share and provides pre-sales consultancy throughout the sales process, focusing on sales closure.

Senior Accountant, Billing, Collections and Disputes Officer

* To ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions


  • Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
  • Facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures
  • Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a weekly basis
  • Prepare periodic account reconciliations for banks, clients and suppliers
  • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines

    • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
    • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
